Dear Eric,

This is a letter of appreciation for work you recently completed at our
home in Idyllwild. We are very pleased with the built-in TV
cabinet/bookcase and the custom shelving in the hall and bedroom
closets. We also appreciate your completion and installation of the work
within the time-frame agreed upon at our initial meeting, as well as your
extra time and effort to insure that the placement of the TV cabinet was
to our satisfaction.

We further appreciate your honest assessment of the condition of our
roof, indicating that only half of the roof needed to be replaced due to
weathering and exposure, and your immediate attention to, and
completion of that job.

Hi Eric,

Thanks for putting the cabinet together. We showed our new room to a
contractor friend who gasped at its beauty. He had seen the plans but
was unable to bid, as he is based in Moreno Valley. He was amazed to
hear that you had become like a member of the family – he said that’s
rare in the industry – so many builders are not trustworthy and so many
customers are ridden with suspicion.
