Due to our volume of work we usually work on a cost plus basis, rather
than estimates. The size of jobs we currently are doing vary from
$5000 to $500,000. We will do smaller jobs for our established
customers but under $5000 projects mostly get referred to a handyman.
Cost plus means that the daily cost of doing a project, including labor,
materials, subcontractors, is added up and a 25% cost-of -doing
business is added. We bill weekly for the amount of work done and
materials bought for each project.
